I like Sonic, but this is ridiculous.

Submitted a complaint online. Had an email response within about 45 minutes, and a phone call about half an hour later. Apparently they give a shit.

So what happened? Was it just a call center rep or an actual upper management employee?

Damn, there's a Sonic in the same parking lot as the building I work in. I go there semi-frequently for happy hour drinks. Rte 44 Coke Zero w/cherry for just over a buck. The store is always quick to respond, the lot is clean, and the roller girls are usually cute.

I've never much liked Sonic's burgers but they used to have a chicken club toaster that was pretty damn good (and damn bad for you). Also, their tots, rings, and chili-cheese coneys are good.

Oh, and Whataburger sucks. 😉

I don't know if it's national, but they changed the ice cream recipe around here and now it tastes like McDonald's ice cream garbage.

Sonic is terrible period. Whataburger is where it's at man.

Whataburger is awesome, no doubt.

But without Sonic, where else would you get an Orange Cream Slush and a footlong Chili Cheese Coney?
