i just swallowed some toilet paper, is this safe??

i was blowing my nose with toilet paper and then i acidetnally inhaled a lot and WOOSH sucked in some toliet paper and down my throat! am i going to be ok or do i need to go to the ER? it was probably a half square of charmin, the kind with the lotion that smels nice.
