how far along are you?

On my way to the sarcophagus. Somewhere along the way I seem to have lost my rad suit or the game took it away.
It was a lot of work getting to and turning off the brain scorcher without it. Looks like it will be getting to the sarcophagus too.
I went back to the bar to try and trade for/buy one but he didn't have one.

Just met up with the Stalkers on the way to the monolith. Don't seem to need the suit here.

you can get another really cool suit from the scientists ... actually 2 if you do his 'extra' quest. You will need it again, i believe

i believe the suits wear out in the patched game [i never had that problem as i played thru it unpatched]

How do you get thru the tunnel without being hurt, I can't figure out how to discharge that anomaly properly

Using Bolts helps a lot, but you need to be quick there. With some Electro Artifacts or a decent Suit you can just run through it and survive. The easiest way to go is just over the tracks.
