i hate it when my female friends hook up with their ex bfs. yet when i get a chance to hook up with my exgf's Im all giddy. my brain is messed up.

Yeah true, from what she told me she is actually a manager now at Wendy's and Wendy's is going to pay her to go to school, so she is moving on the right direction well i hope.
Honestly, does it matter? Jnetty, don't listen to other fvckers and they're stupid aspirations to marry into money or require some world-changing mother theresa. If you want to date her, base your decision on her morals/ethics and how well you two get along. Who cares if she works at Wendy's all her life. There are things more important in love than where someone works or how much money they make. Now if she's a lazy stupid good-for-nothing who actually has to TRY not to get fired from Wendy's, then that's another story. Sometimes people just want a sh|t job for a while or could be down on their luck and this could be one of those times.
If you let money or career influence your decision on whether you want to fall in love with someone or not, you've got your priorities mixed up, IMO.

Exactly. Support them in whatever they choose to do and encourage them to better themselves, but saying "you'd better get your ass out and make some money so you can take care of me later in life!" is just ... well, Grade-A bitch material!

We met at work (restaurant business) then she left and with her long hours and my long hours things were not working out so we mutually broke up. She kept seeing me though and we would go out when we had a chance but eventually she stopped talking to me and never heard from her again until now.
It's funny but there was only a few pics of her and i destroyed them.

Which ever girl you date, whether hot or not you obviously like something about them. I didnt even love this girl maybe i could have but never got to that point.
Edit: I'm overthinking everything about this topic to much, i need to drop it and let it go. This was over years ago and i wished i had not bump into her again.
