Mini 14s are great guns. Light, accurate, and reliable. The use the same action as the M1 Garand and the M1 Carbine. I love mine.

Yup, I got mine when my friend got a FN/FAL and a MAK-90. That FAL was freakin huge, and I'm not a big guy so I could barely shoot it, and the M90 just blew. The Mini-14 was accurate, and fit in my arms perfectly. Oh and it was about half the price of a AR-15. It's like the perfect child of a M1, and an AR-15.

WTF are you talking about? 😕 Just a few months ago I walked into my local Walmart and walked out with a BB gun. I picked it up off the shelf, stuck it in my cart and paid for it at the checkout counter along with my milk and cookies. I use it to shoot pigeons.

I admit, I was being a bit sarcastic. But gun laws in California are a bit more restrictive.
