or a big fat lasagna, i need to learn how to make it.
As a growing bachelor, I realized cooking is fucking easy. To the noobs who never cook (like my former self), elaborate dishes looked very hard, but once you start to cook them yourself, you realize how easy it is.
Lasagna should be mad easy to make. I can think of the recipe off of my head:
1. Get 1lb ground beef, brown it (easy as heating it up on skillet until brown, then drain oil).
2. Dice up 2-3 cups of pepper, onion, zucchini, etc. then sautee & sweat them out on a skillet with little bit of olive oil.
3. Put canned (2-3) tomato sauce when the veggies are nicely caramelized. Let the sauce heat up then turn it off.
4. On the casserole dish, put a thin layer of sauce, then lasagna pasta, then meat, then ricotta cheese, then parm cheese. Repeat sequence 3-5 times until the dish is full. The final layer should finish with the sauce with extra parm on top for presentation.
5. Bake it at 350 degrees for 45 mins. I just go off and play warcraft during that time.
6. Serve!
Make that for your date/GF and win major points.
Mad love if SHE doesn't cook and will think you are some master chef making a lasagna.
