do you have Time Warner high speed? if you do, you are likely to have the speed upgrade

first, turn off your computer and unplug your cable modem, wait about 30 seconds. Plug it back in and turn on your computer. go to broadbandreports.com and test your speed

they are supposed to increase it to 4MB, some people may have already gotten the upgrade. Also they are going to raise the upload speed, which is always a good thing :D

Have they done it in all markets or do they send an email when they do it?

no, they have not done it in all markets yet. although a great deal of the time warner high speed folk have gotten the upgrade. well you just have to turn off your modem and test the speed yourself

i have yet to check my ISP email account since i rarely even use it ha
