first, turn off your computer and unplug your cable modem, wait about 30 seconds. Plug it back in and turn on your computer. go to broadbandreports.com and test your speed

oh a state near south carolina. we are among the last in the nation to get the upgrade though
i think san antonio still hasnt gotten the upgrade, if im not mistaken
