Hell just dropped 20 degrees. I agree with most of what Moonbeam just posted.

WombatWomen, you have the utmost respect from anyone in these forums who are in their right mind. Please do not let the few who are not, convince you otherwise.

I did say I was a jerk, huh. :D

jaydee, unfortunately I'm far too left brained to be in my right mind, but I sure do agree with you anyway.

Luckster, you have no clue how idiotic you make yourself look with each and every post you make here. Why don't you flame Christians elsewhere?

jaydee> You're post wasn't very nice. You never had a face to face conflict with me like I had with that guy. Also, the way I responded to him does not have to be fear driven. Perhaps the one showing fear was him, in that he believes in the bible from the fear of being possibly wrong by not believing in it and risking going to hell. Perhaps I was angry at that fear which he was displaying. I guess your view point comes from a perception of being right about the Bible and such matters.

Instead of guessing my point of view, lemme straight up tell you. My point of view comes looking at your inability to handle a Christian sharing his belief with you. The USSR pushes Eastern Orthodox if anything, which has nothing to do with this particular christian if I know anything at all (which I do) BTW, so you're fighting 2 different wars. I am a Christian, I am Libertarian, (and for the heck of it) I have an AMD processor. If you care to take any of the above with a grain of salt, than I shall do the same to you.

A few of your responses really make me laugh :)
I was thinking about debating with a couple of your responses but I decided instead to just let you continue with your less than worthy responses and allow you to be my entertainment for the night. Carry on...

if you ask if someone has been saved it's like pushing your religion on to other's..........that's just not cool imo

then saying they're a sinner is pretty nice of then as well

but you should be the better man too........why not let it go?

Then answer Russ, Wombat Woman, myself, Elita, RossGR... etc. You seem to be singling out Jaydee as the only one disagreeing with your hate-filled posts.

The "stuck in a moment" is my signature. You see, in your profile you can write a sentence or two and it appears just below the ------- line in every post. Mine is a line from a song by a band named U2.

How exactly am I "entertaining" you?

jaydee seems to be one of the more rude ones. WombatWomen and many others simply just gave their opinion and even told their own story about posting something about Christianity in here and the responses they got in return. I have nothing bad to say about that. jaydee on the other hand is acting like a jerk.

Nope. Give us the skinny on it.

Well here's one explanation I just found.

An argument according to which belief in God is rational whether or not God exists, since falsely believing that God exists leads to no harm whereas falsely believing that God does not exist may lead to eternal damnation.

przero - I know of it, but I don't subscribe to it personally. I don't believe in God "just in case", I believe in God because, well, I believe in God. :)

Jaydee> Ok, what ever. Perhaps you're the one that need therapy if you're this way. Oh ya, I forgot that your Christian and have a narrow way of thinking. Silly me *lol*

Note that this person has posted six more snide, inflammatory responses since saying the above.

Please don't feed the trolls, guys. It just makes 'em hungry for more.

Ditto that WW.

I introduced the thought of Pascal's Wager not for the Christian, but for the non-believer. The one point no beleiver has addressed is the validity of the statement "you look like a sinner".That friends applies to us all. Every day.
