Around here it's both demographics-and frankly probably more skewed towards the mid-life crowd. I test drove one once-and absolutely loved it-reminded me of a friend's father's cherished Austin-Healey I was entrusted to tool around in. The main difference is the Miata lacks British craftsmanship and quality control (satire).

Goddamit, how did I stumble into an episode of Top Gear?

This is funny. I always have thought the stereotype is miatas are mainly purchased by mid life crisis, male pattern baldness, little peepee people.
have been told repeatedly that the MX-5 is a chick's car.

Possibly one of the most ridiculous things I've read this week. If you believe your politics aren't affecting how you look at the world you are delusional.
Literally by saying that he showed his own views of politics in this country have made him dumb enough to post such drivel and think it sounds smart

Another stereotype bites the dust
The beauty of the Miata is that it has just enough power and handling to keep up with the big boys but not so much power that a too-heavy foot is likely to get a decent driver in trouble. They're also relatively cheap and reliable.
I'm a big fan. I'm 6'1" and can't fit in one with the top up, but still a big fan.

Conservapedia says, among other things, that dinosaurs existed 5000 years ago.

Can you name anything in that article about Ted Cruz that is factually inaccurate? Nevermind the opinions of the author. What matters is who is telling the truth and who is not.
You are aware that one is fully serious and the other is supposed to be entertaining, amirite?
You are replying to an idiot who (likely still) believes that Colbert was not satire...

"The show focused on a fictional anchorman character named Stephen Colbert, played by his real-life namesake. The character, described by Colbert as a "well-intentioned, poorly informed, high-status idiot", is a caricature of televised political pundits. "

He thinks Colbert was a conservative genius and hero. This is the intellect level you are dealing with. Respond accordingly.

New to the Interwebz?

Liberals have their own: https://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Ted_Cruz

Just you know, a random one that shows that they can't rationally make a simple wiki post ;)

Oh look. Our resident retard thinks the pro-science pro-fact anti-woo wiki page is "liberal."

Rational wiki was created to counter anti-vax and anti-science propaganda and their outlets.

And look who thinks that's "liberal."

Just fucking wow.

The right-wing has mainstreamed batshit. And now anything anti-batshit is "liberal."

Fucking wow.

Yeah, I thought that site was a "skeptics" thing, at most, maybe, something to do with atheism. Never thought of it as being defined by a left-right axis.
