seriously, almost every line is a joke in that movie. if you don't get it, watch "dude, where's my car" and leave the real movies to the rest of us.

What can you do? Some people don't understand subtle humor. It's the difference between Monty Python and Benny Hill. People who enjoy Python might very well like Hill, but there are a lot of people who like Hill who simply don't understand Python.

The First time I watched it I didn't "get" it either. A few months later I was at a friends smoking up a bit, and we ordered out and watched it, and then it hit me... I finally 'Got" it............ now it's one of my favorites.......... It feels random because that's how it's supposed to be, He is targeted by mistake and get's wrapped up in this whole mess and then has to deal with it, which he really isn't into doing, so you as the audience feel like a reluctant participant sometimes, such as the landlord dance recital part.....Catch my drift??????
