The house was built in 1993 and that is the original carpet. We probably vacuum about once every one or two weeks.

I should add though, that my dad's business includes building in-house truck-mounted cleaning systems. We use it once every year on our house, and highly recommend it for others. Not the cheap portable cleaners, but a truck-mounted one. It will probably cost you $200-$400 on an average house.

300 degree heated water + steam + enzyme cleaning solution helps in breaking apart dirt molecules that stick to carpet fibers.

I have a few more months till my 3 year with my girlfriend. Kinda scary thinking about it when my previous longest relationship was 2 months. But its all good and we get along great! Congrats my man!
 
congrats! I have been with my gf coming up on 3 years too. I don't want the responsibilities of marriage. I have too much I want to do that will be hard with a family! 🙂 hehe... congrats though
 
Heh. I prefer sentimental gifts as well. I always ask my wife to write me a letter on my birthday, Christmas and our anniversary. When she gives me the letter, I give it back to her and ask her to read it. It rocks when she starts choking up 🙂
