Yep, I did it.

I just bought this house.

It's right by the local ski club, and it has excelllent access to the freeway. It listed at $109,900CDN ($72,078.83USD) and I ended up bargaining them down to $106,800 ($70,045.67USD) and got them to include the window blinds, brand new natural gas BBQ, patio furniture, new washer and dryer, new fridge, stove, dishwasher and deep freezer.

The central air and furnace are both new, the windows were done 4 years ago, a new roof is currently being put on, and 2 years from now they are repaving everything in the complex.

What do you think?

<gasp!> NO! I'm about to go to bed- I don't need any nightmares tonight. 🙁 Two nights ago I woke up screaming about a bank of green LED lights on a router going out.

I was just thinking when we should have the next Canadian meet.

Maybe we could have it around here and then eakers, Optimus, elita1 and I could organize some stuff around here. (assuming everyone would be interested 😀)
