So how does it feel? Do you feel like you've got this huge responsibility? Any tips for me? I think another 4 months or so and I'll be posting this exact thing :p
I haven't had to make a mortgage payment yet, so the whole responsibility thing hasn't kicked in yet. :p

Come September 1st, that will change. :D

You can put Canada's tank in the carport when its your weekend to watch it, lol.
Congrats on the condo though, welcome to the life of house payments, we just bought our first one in Jan of this year.

LOL, that's what visitor parking is for.

How long did it take you to adjust to making the payments?

That includes a special assessment of ~$43.00/mo for the next couple of years to pay for the new roof. After that, the fees drop, so it's not so bad.

They wouldn't budge so much on the price as the housing market is pretty hot up here, so I got them to throw in all that stuff. It works out great for me because all of that stuff is new, and i'm a first time homeowner so I don't have to drop a huge wad of cash on appliances, etc.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. :)

It didn't take any time at all to get used to the payments since I was paying 1200 in CA for renting a condo, my house payment in VT is only 1500, and that is 2x the size and I have 12 acres of land too.
