Its like they added a 2 second delay timer for page loads because once the page loads it loads up nearly instantly.

same here. The forums don't load from work. It's not that they are blocked either (I would know, I am the firewall admin).

what are you guys talking about the site being slow? It always loads up instantly for me (of course i don't use the forums.anandtech.com address, only the forums3.anandtech.com address cuz its always faster)...cable modem doesnt seem to hurt either
