I have to "mail" a parking fine.. but I've never had to "mail" something in my life. How do you do this? How do you even know how much the stamp is supposed to cost? I think my mom gave me some stamps the last time she was here... 😕

put it in an envelope

seal the envelope

write your address (small) in the upper left hand corner

write the destination address (big) in the lower half of the envelope

All it says is "place remittance" in envelope". Nothing about cash or money order or anything. But two people have told me to use money orders. The money says "legal tender for all debts" though.
