I won't give up! Caught another bad week with being sick with the cold/flu all last week and now recovering with a little bronchitis. On the positive front, my food choices were good in general..and I am sure I have lost some weight (but not sure how much).
 
I know from experiencing it can be challenging, in order to loose weight it must first start in the kitchen and work your way toward working out.

Still on board with eating right and exercising, but don't feel I am being as vigilant as I could. Having a hard time planning out meals, or not grabbing something fast. Relying too much on subway for meals on the run.

Subway or even McDonalds/BK isn't terrible for meals on the run unless all your meals.

In a jam, I did a McGrill or BK Grilled chicken sandwich. I'd order two, totally plain (I'd always try to get them to put some lettuce and tomato on them though) and throw away one bun.

Not a bad lunch for a worst case scenario.

At subway you should be thinking 6" with double meat and all the veggies.

If you like oil and vinegar, just skip the oil. It really tastes the same with this quick meal. There is no time for the vinegar to settle if you eat it right away.

Oil is not bad in reality, but I am sure subway is using craptastic stuff.
