I had bad acne on my back too...I put some anti acne creme on it but it didn't work so I finally started taking this drug called minoclycine and it got much better (ask your dermatologist)

I know how ya feel man, I got the same problem. Just try to wash the area more thoroughly (since it's such a pain to reach back there) and you should probably see a dermatologist too.

I used to have fairly bad acne 4-6 years ago. The doctors put me on Tetracycline but I experienced some very negative side effects inclucing major stomach problems that still exist today.
