I remember seeing a commercial with Jennifer Love Hewitt (yum) in it about Neutrogena a little while back which is supposed to help acne not related to the face. Maybe you should check it out.

you can use a scrubber on a stick to abbrasively clean that area (an area not commonly reachable). Acne there is very common b/c when you workout or do exercise your shirt is plastered to your back and can clog pores.

Don't worry about it - if anything, I would think higher of you for actually caring about your body and appearance and taking the initiative to do something about a problem you're having. Buy a few other manly items such as bullets, condoms, air filters, shovels, and hammers and the clerks will barely notice that you stepped foot into the cosmetics section of the store.

depends on how persistent and abundant and large/deep it is. cystic acne is much more serious to treat, while lighter acne may be treatable with what billgates mentioned or similar.

Squeezing and popping acne = scars

big no-no.

Just take care of your back, wash with an anti-acne wash (face wash or not, they usually have the same active ingridient of salicylic acid) and lightly scrub with a washcloth or something while in the shower, and apply an anti acne cream at night and wash it off in the morning. stay out of the sun if you are using benzoyl peroxide based cream/cleanser
