First of all, you cannot decree your own pwnage.

Second of all, you won't be here long and you're not getting a new graphics card. Maybe there are places you can now stick your 9800XT that you wouldn't dare to stick it before. A guy like you could probably have a lot of fun. Graphics cards are designed for slots, after all.

I am one of your customers and very happy with the service you have given me. When I came across this guy bragging about destroying video cards and returning them to you (or perhaps the manufacturer) I wanted to let you both know about it.
The guy is Matt Donacki, from Derry, New Hampshire.
Here's his user profile on Anandtech, I've attached a jpg.

If you do a search on his name in the video forum, you'll see he recently RMAd a 5900XT as well that he was going to flash to a 5950.

I know that he bought the MSI 9800Pro from you, he posted about how he was waiting for it.

So give this guy a new card if you like, but he burned that one up by modifying it and overclocking it for higher 3dmark scores.

I just sent that to newegg, the place you bought your card, and I sent similar to MSI, the company who made it.
We'll see if they reward thieves or not?

I think everyone on this board should email newegg and tell them not to RMA this guy. This is the kind of thing that makes prices higher for all of us.

How long ago did you buy it? Typically you have to RMA straight to the manufacturer if it's been more than 14 days after purchase. In this case that would be MSI, which has been informed of the situation. Sorry. Your new rig is broken. If the RMA magically goes through your new rig will be stolen. Congratulations, you are now the primary troll of the video forums.

NO im RMA my 5900XT, and the card im getting is a MSI RX9800pro its a down clocked 9800XT, so all i have to do is overclock it !

You break video cards with inept mods so you can post what you think is a better 3dmark score.

I fixed the link as well. Obviously you were referring to your MSI 9800Pro, which I've alerted newegg you destroyed.

I hope your shenanigans cost you $200 so you learn a lesson from this. I still hope others on the board will petition newegg to give you your just deserts.

They are a top flight vendor who doesn't deserve your antics.

I don't know whether you've learned grammar, but verbs in the english language need to have subject verb agreement. The proper form of this sentence is:

rolllo and sick beast why dont go home to your mommys and stick both of ur heads up their asses!

or

rolllo and sick beast why dont go home to your mommy and stick both of ur heads up her ass!

Just wanted to help you out. We do speak english in this country and I am sure you want to fit in.
