Not even close.

Can you button your shirt? Yes? Have another can of cetacean safe tuna. Have a coke and a smile too!

They have labels on the can. No label? No problem just have a friend pick up a trout so they can slap you every time you support the flipper murderers! :p

It's ok to eat your feelings because they don't have any fish.

I think this whole tuna debacle is popycock. Please provide links stating that tuna fish is bad for you. Otherwise, i'm gonna eat my 4 cans per day in peace.

My wife made me a tuna fish sandwich one day... at least I thought it was tuna.

Then I found out it was canned chicken.

So maybe you can start eating some of that instead. I bet if you mixed a can of chicken and a can of salmon, it will be so close to tuna you won't be able to tell.

Eat Alaskan or Alantic salmon. It doesn't have mercury issues and it's extremely good for you. I eat about 1lb of salmon a week. Cook it in some olive oil and oregano... YUM

Yes you are killing mad brain cells...once you hit around 45 you will be forgetting a lot of things and pausing in mid speech to process what you are going to say next...thus making you very annoying.

From the most recent reports you are way exceeding the maximum amount of tuna you should eat to keep your mercury levels safe.
You may want to vary your diet a bit.
btw disregard this if you are a shark.

Wait a second, I'm reading that link to the yellow page about all the bad mercury in fish and I'm missing something here....

From that site it says the FDA sets the safe max level of mercury found in fish to 1ppm (parts per million). It sais that is 10 times less the the dose required to start causing problems.

Okay..... Then it says that mercury build up is cumulative and doesn't go away. Then it listed some levels found in sample tested fish which was around .1 ppm. This means I can eat 100 fish samples in my life time period? Something doesn't seem right with those statements.

From what I recall...
White (Albacore) tuna - 1 can a week
Light tuna - 2 cans a day
Wild Salmon - 2 cans a week
All heathy except for the mercury, Salmon being better for ya.
