Heh. I had a minor argument with my Spanish teacher in 11th grade. Long story short, she yelled at me at the top of her lungs for 10 minutes in the hallway after class started. Good ole me just standing there trying not to laugh. Wander down to the guidance counseler's office to complain, go home, tell mom who calls the principle. I don't think either of those made her any happier.. Oh well.

Heh. Senior year schedule. EASY EASY EASY

[*]Physics (umm... corrected the teacher on a test and got bonus points)
[*]Pre-Cal (funny, I've taken 6 math classes in college and did terrible in HS in math)
[*]English (not Honors, I hate reading, dropped Honors English after 10th grade)
[*]AP CS (teacher never taught the class before.. Pascal was VERY easy)
[*]Yearbook (Twas a blast..)
[*]Teacher's Aide (uhh.. watch Sportscenter and Magnum P.I. :)
[*]Internship at an Army Research Lab which amounted to surfing the web on a fast Sun connected to a T3 for 5 hours a week

I decided to try for the first time in high school my first quarter of my senior year. Just to see what I could do if I had really worked the previous three years. 4.0. Slacked off after that, doing enough work to get a 3.0 the rest of the year.

Lol, I failed spanish 2. The class wasn't hard, but the teacher was a jackass who, rather then teach, merely gave us assignments from the book to do as classwork or played a movie and had us write and essay about it for homework. Essentially he actually taught lessons in less then 1/3 of the classes, mostly in class we did what we'd be doing for homework, and for homework, I'd be writing an essay in english and using the altavista translator to save time. The only reason I failed was that I was tired of doing all this 'crapwork' every day.

Actually, I'm glad I failed: I had more fun at summer school then I would've had sitting on my lazy ass for a month and a half at home.

Your parents need to lighten up on you (which is much harder for asian parents to do then other ethnicities)...once my parents realized that my high school (fscking gifted hs :() was exponentially harder then elementary school, they eventually learned to stop whining whenever I brought home grades < 90.
