They screwed up both of the flights I booked.

I'm going to Europe this summer so I booked a cheap flight from Pittsburgh to Newark and then the overseas trip from Newark to Paris. I look on my credit card statement and I saw they charged my PIT -> Newark trip twice. Called them, had to deal with a bunch of people who can't speak English, was told I should have called earlier, blah blah... anyway got it resolved.

My overseas flight had paper tickets that should've arrived yesterday but didn't, so I went online to look at the status of my trip and it said it was cancelled. Look on my statement, I don't see any type of refund from Orbitz, though I do see a $15.00 charge in addition to the $577 charge for the flight... I look on the "cancelled" itinerary and it says "Additional Charge: Cancellation - $15.00"

So not only did they arbitrarily cancel my trip, but they didn't give me a refund, AND they charged me a cancellation fee! I'm on hold right now... 24 minute wait time to talk to someone who's going to give me the run around again. Ughhh
