Back when they first offered a spicy fried chicken sandwich here, I asked them if they had a spicy fried chicken biscuit and was informed they didn't have one available. :(

I sometimes eat cold leftover fried chicken for breakfast. The stuff you get from Safeway or whatever. It's god!

Damn, I wonder if I have a chicken fried steak in the freezer or not... and while I believe the chicken you describe is tasty, I don't believe I'd elevate it to deity status.

My breakfast this last winter usually consisted of a meat product and beer.

I never got the Chicken for breakfast thing, by itself it might be ok. But in So Cal I see a lot of Mexican places that have Chicken breakfast burritos. Mixing Chicken with Eggs just seems wrong lol.

Whenever I have to work early, always stop and get 2 sausage mcmuffins. Great, especially for $1.

And if were just talking about ad campaigns and shit like that, then I hate subway.

You haven't lived unless you've had a chicken fried steak breakfast. God I love good southern breakfast. Is there anything that gravy can't do?

I am A fan of muffins. 5 & Diner's Toasted English Muffin are my favorite.

I have maintained a good eating habit. I prefer healthy-vegan food for my breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Who are you to judge me??? Just because you're skinny doesn't mean the rest of us can help ourselves. :(

how is that any worse than bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes at ANY diner restaurant? In fact it's probably better...

Personally I find that even Clif bars are tastier than half of McDonald's menu, and Clif bars don't even taste good...

Snack wraps are okay though...

Oh, don't get me wrong. It's not McDonald's fault people are fat and unhealthy. They're not knocking on people's doors and slamming sandwiches down their throat when they answer. I just hate the fact they're pawning fried chicken off as a good start to your day.

i haven't had it for a few months. last time i had a couple breakfast burritos, it didn't end well for me. my body is used to eating food that is actually healthy (whole fruit, veggies, eggs, grains, eggs, etc)

i can understand and relate to personal responsibility. why do corporations not have responsibility?

considering many of them bombard kids with marketing, i would think they hold some responsibility. marketing is psychological and effective and works on impressionable kids. unless you lock your kid in a cage with no access to external media, they will get to them.

as a kid my parents did not take me to McDees and promoted healthy foods to me, yet i wanted it. somehow the message gets to us.

in marketing courses and consumer behaviour courses, we studied advertisements to kids that blurred their ability to comprehend reality from imagination. also ads that encouraged disobeying parents to get the product. these pervade every channel during any kids show. kids shows are written around product placements these days.

it is a two way street.
