I never got the Chicken for breakfast thing, by itself it might be ok. But in So Cal I see a lot of Mexican places that have Chicken breakfast burritos. Mixing Chicken with Eggs just seems wrong lol.

Whenever I have to work early, always stop and get 2 sausage mcmuffins. Great, especially for $1.

And if were just talking about ad campaigns and shit like that, then I hate subway.

I am A fan of muffins. 5 & Diner's Toasted English Muffin are my favorite.

I have maintained a good eating habit. I prefer healthy-vegan food for my breakfast, lunch & dinner.

my father made his money owning Mcdonalds franchises....

but yeah the food is nasty.... they use reconstituted onions... its basically powder you add water to and shake.. i wish i was joking. the day i learned that is the day i stopped eating the food...

i haven't had it for a few months. last time i had a couple breakfast burritos, it didn't end well for me. my body is used to eating food that is actually healthy (whole fruit, veggies, eggs, grains, eggs, etc)

i can understand and relate to personal responsibility. why do corporations not have responsibility?

considering many of them bombard kids with marketing, i would think they hold some responsibility. marketing is psychological and effective and works on impressionable kids. unless you lock your kid in a cage with no access to external media, they will get to them.

as a kid my parents did not take me to McDees and promoted healthy foods to me, yet i wanted it. somehow the message gets to us.

in marketing courses and consumer behaviour courses, we studied advertisements to kids that blurred their ability to comprehend reality from imagination. also ads that encouraged disobeying parents to get the product. these pervade every channel during any kids show. kids shows are written around product placements these days.

it is a two way street.
