County jails are pretty tame I'd imagine. At least I've heard they are around here.

He probably gets segregated from the rest of the "masses" anyway.

It was county. Prison is a sentence of 365 days or more.

But anyone who thinks it is "tame" in a major metro area (Even OC, yes we have Newport, but we also have Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Stanton, Etc) just doesnt know.

There are things to this day that unless you have been locked up I wont say...I actually ended up doing more than 2 months off that DUI due to probation, but that is a different story. I was a dumb kid.

Point being, 30 days is extremely short for a DUI death, jaywalking or not.

And you're right. Even in his short time he'll be in PC with the rats and chesters. What a joke.

Yes, having money allows you to buy the best of everything. From what I have read on this forum providing everyone access to say good health care is evil socialism.

Laura Bush set the precedent, why should a black man go to jail for it when a white woman doesn't even get a ticket?

Ah yes, I forgot to consider your area. Out in the rural counties it probably isn't that bad.

This guy gets a free ride in a fancy car even if the fancy car strikes a few innocent people on the way.
