Yeah, it probably works great!

Think about it.... if a car manufacturer could intall a cheap device that installs in minutes and boosted their fuel efficiency by up to 27%, don't you think they would already do it, rather than have it be an after-market part?

uh.. yeah right.. the government has program (forgot the name of it) that requires companies to maintain an average fleet mpg rating. They get charged/fined for not maintaining this.

Someone remember the name of this government program?
