I got teh jumped.

Yesterday as we were walking home from a concert, we got jumped from a car by four guys.

3 of us (both my friend and I are athletic and somewhat muscular, the other's just fat) vs. 4 of them, skinny skateboarder punks that I had a problem with.

We meet face to face, some loser spits on me, I break his nose, he goes down, we get in a bigass brawl. 10 minutes later 3 of the 4 punks are on the ground, my friend and I have busted knuckles, and fat friend's on the ground.

Frankly I was scared for myself because we had some trouble beating those kids up. They wouldn't go down easily, and in all my experiences from high school, I've never been hit.

Now, I need some help to know where to aim my punches, etc, basic street fighting stuff.

I know the basics:

Break the bridge of the nose.
Hit the side of the neck
Kick in the balls
Gut punch
Trip him and kick him when he's down.

Punch them in the throat or I do an old wrestle shoot, grab their ankle, get 'em down, and choke them out.

The last suggestion might be a problem with four on three though.

The main thing in a fight is:

Do something that scares the sh!t of out of them.

Skinny skateboarder kids might not look it but tend to be hard. Glad you pretty much won the fight and knocked 3 of them out, but don't let having a hard time against them make you think too much.

punch them in the eye. they cant see.
punch them in the ear. hurts like hell.
get a rock. bash their heads continuously. Kill them.

heh...a good fight never hurt anybody. If I'm not allowed to defend myself when approached, then I don't want to "grow up".

Just learn the proper technique for a punch and a kick...don't break your wrists when punching and don't look like a girl when kicking. A good kick should drop a lot of people. and then it's up to you what to do from there 😛

Seconded

What would you do if you and two of your girlfriends were stopped on a dark street by braindead skaters? If you're thinking that we didn't try to talk them out of it, I did. I tried to settle it peacefully, but he wouldn't agree, he spit on me, then everyone joined in.

dont listen to these idiots that are telling you to grow up. they are probably uptight dickwads anyway.

if you didnt start it, then you do not need to grow up. according to them, you probably should have just let them beat the hell out of you and give them your money before they even try to take it.

anyway, just keep your hands in front of your face and parry for 20-30 seconds. they will get tired and wont be able to defend from your punches anymore. street fights dont usually last longer than a minute if you have done it right. my dad grew up in a pretty rough area of town and ive seen him kick some ass. its never longer than 15-20 seconds with him, but he is a fvcking gorilla and scares the sh!t out of almost anyone when he goes into kill-mode.

that is the key...scare them.

Yeah, thats true...

Again, punch them in the eye if you can.. but dont expect not to get hit either.. it works best when you strike and duck immediately as they swing wildly. Hmm I suggest taking some WingTsun (kungfu style) classes if you are interested. If you want to avoid fighting altogether, you would want to show that you can take care of them... so take something like TaeKownDo, but that'll take years of training to be efficient.

hmm.. Take Kendo... you would be able to take care of 3 or 4 of them by yourself.. but only problem is that you need to carry some sort of stick with you all the time.

meh...

Ours went on for 8 minutes!

On the bank clock it was 9:42 when they got out of the car, and 9:52 when they were dropped.

Having been in a LOT of fights when I was young my advice is.

#1 Try and avoid them.

#2 Try and reason with them.

#3 And if these fail, to not to receive any permanent damage.

That having been said.

I always liked a good headlock face punch combo 🙂

Few people ever got out of one of my headlocks with out receiving some MAJOR discomfort first. 😉

I cant say much i trained in brazilian jiu-jitsu and its all 1 v 1. Have no experience with multiple targets.
