I couldn't find any straight B5, and I was told it was good to have multi-B vitamins, so I got some B-Complete, which has a daily dosage of 100mg. 500 seems awfully high too. But I'll see how this stuff works. It's the highest dosage of pantotehic acid I could find. Also, why doesn't it say it's vitamin B5? I even asked someone at GNC and he had never heard of it. I didn't see anywhere that said B5.
