Instead of the usual Sunday meal of steak and salad, I integrated the salad right into the meal. I grilled the onion slices for about 2 min. per side, and then drizzled them with a sauce containing olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. I sprinkled the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
The only disappointment was the meat. It's boneless top sirloin, which tasted fine, but it was a little tough. But that's what was on sale at the supermarket, and money's a little tight this month so I gotta stick to the budget.
