Since I had never gotten a Cholesterol check, I thought, what the hey.
HDL 24 (Aim for >35)
CHOL 145 (Aim for <200)
TRIG 217 (Aim for <200)
LDL 78 (aim for <130)
TRIG level is to be expected... but my HDL is lower than I would like 🙁 I never workout, and I eat frozen pizzas, sausage, eggs, fast food, fried stuff for most of my diet 🙂
So I'm not dying like I should be!!
