I know what its like to be without all that crap. I guess I'll call tomorrow before I leave to work to let her know I have it. And if she wants to drive up there (without keys or a licenses) to pick it up, or we can meet somewhere to exchange...

I'd mail it to her anonymously, that way she gets it and doesn't think you stole any money from it.
Why do you have to even ask this? Just call her up and say Can I speak to "whatever her name is". When they say sure who's calling say your name and explain what happened. I'm sure the rest will come naturally. Just think you will actually get to talk to a real live girl!
