Hey, the last two seasons of Enterprise easily ranks up there with the best of TNG.

for the re-mastered TOS, " Doomsday machine" was on sat, it was awesome, William
Windom (commodore Deker) puts in a great performance........They say there's no Devil
Jim, but there is, I saw it straight out of hell!!!
Right ... THIS is the correct title of the episode I mistakenly referred to as the "Planet-Killer" written by Harlan Ellison in my earlier post!
I didn't get to see the re-mastered version Saturday & was totally bummed out... its supposedly on again in like 6 months though.
If you also play Dungeons and Dragons and Dance Dance Revolution you're perfect :lips:Originally posted by: LookingGlass

Thank god, I'll do the Renaissance Faires instead, and dress up.
Actually I think Trekkies are TOS fans but Trekkers are subsequent series fansOriginally posted by: FoBoT
it is trekker , not trekkie
In the 1991 TV show "Star Trek: 25th Anniversary Special", Leonard Nimoy attempts to settle the issue by stating that the term 'Trekker' is the correct one.
Some Trekkies hold that a "Trekker" is a "Trekkie" who is embarrassed of being a "Trekkie". A Trekkie is considered to be someone stupid and embarrassing to intelligent and serious Trekkers. The classic stereotype is a clueless Trekkie walking around wearing rubber Spock ears and being held up to public ridicule for his obsession. "Trekker" is usually used as a term for the dedicated Star Trek fan with considerable knowledge of the show.
The term "Trekkie" is sometimes considered derogatory, perhaps because of a perceived parallel to the terms "groupie" or "Hippie".
Some avoid the disagreement by referring to themselves as just "Star Trek fans", or among themselves, as just "fans".

I liked TNG and Voyager. DS9 moved way to slowly and was more like a soap opera at times. Enterprise was kind of stupid, about on par with DS9.

Put the crack pipe down and walk away. Enterprise was horrible. There was not one good episode. You knew it would suck when the 1st season, it was just Enterprise. They added the Star trek name to it in hopes of getting peoples attention that it was Star Trek. Going back in time for a new show was a bad idea. Brannon Brega should be shot and drug through the streets.
