I finally Quit World of warcraft

The game has consumed my life since Aug. 11 2005.

I wonder how much it would show if I always had Xfire on.. since there was a month or so I didn't run Xfire.

I Quit with a 60 Human Mage (PRetty much "epiced out" with preBWL Gear (One T2)
60 Troll hunter ( All greens )
and a 52 Night Elf Hunter

Anyone else play this game and need to quit?
 
I quit for 6 months last year and just recently quit again. I'll probably buy the expansion and try it out though.
 
quit a year ago, starting back up again to play w/ friends on the expansion...prolly will only play for a few months, its fun with friends, keeps you away from all the 10 year olds on there

i quit awhile ago, but jesus man what a waste

3143 hours???

that's almost more time than some people accrue in flight time after 20 years in the Air Force.

think if you had devoted that to working or developing a business/ideas.

glad I got lucky and only took me 3 months to lose my dazed vision and see that the game was garbage, and I only played because its addicting.

Now if you start up a business, be your own boss and give yourself a 4 hour lunch break to play WoW, that's different 😀

And friend and I offered one of our friends a deal if he quit wow

The deal was..

If he quit WoW, we would order (and pay for) One Large Pizza and Soda from any local Pizza place Every Week Untill he was sick of it.

the guy turned the deal down rofl

btw bf2 is better and i get more satisfaction out of that
 
Yeah I play Bf2 alot too, and I reactivated my Matrix online just for the hell of it..

Yeah I prob will sell it on ebay
 
i quit after i got level 60 in jan of 05, tried comming back a few times, but that game had nothing on everquest (which I don't play anymore either) i only had like 12 days played on the wow account, but like 500 on my eq accounts. i do kinda miss those days though.
