Chances are he ended back at Target and started over.

Then how do you explain the fact he says:

Target - 4 years after high school - two promotions ended up a department manager.

but then says He cant go for management staff because you need a degree and he doesn't have a degree??

His story is inconsistent.

Umm, try starbucks? So long as you are clean cut, they might actually hire you. They actually care about their employees. 20+ hours a week and you get healthe benefits.

Then go to school and try to get a manamgent gig at Starbucks or somewhere else.

My wife worked at Starbucks and lemme tell you -- the benefits are garbage. High deductibles, etc.

I have what I think is a decent job and my deductible is $2400. Company pays for $1100 of it though, so I guess maybe its only $1300?

Can't wait until Obamacare kicks in and I get to pay even more!

Have you considered drug running? It doesn't pay as much as it used to but you can still make enough money for college. Sure you can get beheaded or set on fire but you won't be working at Target.
