I don't understand why some of you like Mozilla so much

That site rendered fine in phoenix for me. I don't know the current name of the project, or I would use that. 😛

If webdesigners got off their asses and did their work correctly, we would not be having this problem. Oh, and its plenty fast. We found one web application the other day that works BLAZINGLY fast under Netscape, but SLOWLY under ie 😛

I disagree, I use to design webpages and it always sucked trying to get them to work properly with browsers other then IE. Opera and Mozilla would always run into problems rendering the page right even though IE worked fine. The extra work slowed us down so eventually we just stopped designing for other browsers since 95% were using IE anyways.

Who is "us"...what firm? Every professional designer and design firm I've worked with do not have this problem because this is usually addressed in the Design Documentation.

It is business which is no longer in business, also was back when IE 5 had just arrived so I'm sure things have changed.

I like Avant Browser which has popup control and tabs and all the other neccessary things but is just a front end for IE.

The only thing holding me back from switching to mozilla was autoscroll with themouse wheel. Once I found firebird with the extension, I very rarely use IE again.

ESPN works fine here too. Firebird .6

I can't figure out how to get IE to open a new tab when I click the middle button on a link 😕

I like Mozilla because of the tabs and popup blocking, but more because, as someone earlier mentioned, it doesn't do everything for you.

When (If) I use IE, I have Crazy Browser on top of it.

If you think tabbed browsing is good, look at this custom neffing apparatus Katiesoft
