What are your goals dude?

You look fairly cut. You say you look like ****** but you don't, and I think you know that. However, you don't look like a bodybuilder, which from the sounds of it, is what you're trying to do.

I think you need to say, FVCK IT, and start eating, start eating a lot. You need mass bud. Lift heavy, don't worry about doing high-rep days, just use heavy weight and low reps. Squat, Deadlift, and Bench, and possibily Military Press. Make those your lovers.

If it was ME, I'd cut the cardio. You look like you burn a lot of calories...running only intensifies the caloric burn. Maybe cut out the cardio to one day a week to keep up your cardiovascular health, but, other than that, I think it's only going away from your goal.

You want a big chest right? Well, you need to eat to get there...you're going to gain some fat too...deal with it. Just eat good carbs, good fats, and lots of protein and you'll gain mass. Once you get where you want to be, go to a cut-diet and burn off that fat...you'll see a huge difference.

This is my humble suggestion based on the information provided.

Anyway Accipter22, given your past record of threads, and your pictures, I call major shens on your even attempting power lifting or meeting your goals as that is not the way a PL would talk, nor does your figure show any type of developed pling muscles. Sorry try again.

At 195 I squatted 475, once at college, once at my home gym. I deadlifted 420 on several occasions, I had to stack dumbells criss-cross at my gym and attempt to row them because they only went to 115 and I wanted to try about 150. I don't know any PLer that DOESN'T talk about meeting goals. What on EARTH do you do?

EXACTLY. 8 years and I've never looked like a body builder. People were shocked by the numbers I put up on the squat & deadlift because I never look heavier than like 140. That's what most people guess I weigh, between 140 and 150. I'm 180 right now. You have ANY idea what a ****** kick in the teeth that is?

I eat like a horse, I don't look different. I do a shitload of low rep heavy sets, eat 4000 calories/day...I still look skinny. I do a shitload of cardio and diet...I lose weight but don't look any different. I don't get how that's possible.

It really sucks because I HATE eating steak/pork/chicken/turkey I hate it hate it hate it. I think it's the most disgusting tasting ****** you can eat, but I do it to try and bulk up, and I get nowhere. I'm ****** now. I either have to A) Bulk up and lose what little ****** definition I have and end up looking like a bigger goddamn blob. or B) Cardio the ****** out of myself, and end up with a body that looks even more like a ****** 12 year old than the one I have now. I hate my goddamn body.

That's genetics for you.

I've always been active and I used to be a skinny kid. But my lowest achievable bodyfat seems to stay constant. I can't get much under 13%. When I was 150 lbs I was around that, and when I was 210 lbs I was around that.

I used to count calories and cook all my meals, eating chicken, brown rice and veggies almost every day. Even when doing things scientifically, I still wouldn't drop below that percentage.

I stopped working out for a while and lost a little bit of muscle, but gained it all back in a couple of months.

Meanwhile, a friend of mine is naturally shredded, and maintains well under 10% bodyfat by drinking beer, and eating cheetos and KFC.

I'm not sure exactly what you did to get banned at WBB, but if you can, I'd go back over there, re-register, and make a post like this in the BBing forum. There are a lot of helpful people there who would give you good advice.

Your body type is probably the reason. The bigger question is have you made gains while lifting? Not everyone can be cut, but you should be making gains if you've lifted for 8 years.

Protein powder is the most convenient source. I buy mine from DPS Nutrition or 1fast400 or Best Price Nutrition

First of all, you are not at 8-10% body fat in any of those pictures. You do, in fact, have fat you could lose. You sound very emotional about your appearance. My experience has been that most people who are very emotional about their appearance are generally undisciplined when it comes to diet and training. Saying that you've tried "every routine you can imagine" leads me to believe that you've never stuck to a decent routine and are perpetually trying whatever the flavor of the month is in whatever lad mag or muscle mag you just bought (or whatever is posted on whatever forum you're currently reading). You mention calories, but fail to mention where those calories come from. You mention powerlifting, but fail to mention any lift numbers. You mention that you currently stick to compound movements, but you don't mention if you squat or deadlift and what your numbers are.

Seeing as how you were the "5th leading poster" at wannabebig, I doubt that there is any information that I can put on here that isn't covered in some thread over there. After eight years of lifting and reading about how to improve your physique, it's unlikely that you'll develop more resolve and better habits. In general, there is nothing wrong with your physique as is. That being said, you will never look like a fitness model (or whatever you're aiming for) if you continue to do everything half-assed.

about how much does the protein you use cost? I'm really in the dark when it comes to that stuff.....so do you eat less meals and eat more protein shakes?

Again, tons of cardio is NOT the best way to approach losing fat if you want to keep your muscle.

I buy Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey gold standard (5 or 10 lb sizes). I think it's ~$50 for 10 lbs. Just look it up on any of the websites I linked.

of course cardio is not the best way to lose fat without losing muscle, but it help me (the diet its 110% important in this matter too), but indeed he could use some more ripped muscles (special K know what he is talking in here, you could use his advice)

The muscle fibers may temporarily shrink for awhile, but they'll still be there, and shortly will pick back up where they left off when he weight trains again. But there is a whole 'nother set of twitch fibers he isn't focusing on that may make the difference in giving him that "cut" look he is after.

Uh...all the pictures are from different perspectives and poses so it is impossible to really compare them.

My body is predisposed to store fat in the same areas as you. It is annoying but I am not trying to cut or maintain so I deal with it. You are not down to the bodyfat percentages you think you are.

hmm...maybe i'll have to fork over the 20 bucks at my gym to get tested then. I do stick to routines for a few months, 6 months even...over 8 years that leads to a lot of routines I've tried. I mention where the calories come from in later posts, and dead & squat numbers as well. I'm not a very good bencher, my body isn't built for it so I never got very high
