Umm..."age difference" isn't the same thing as absolute age. "Age difference" is a minor factor (to a point) once you're both in your 20's...but it makes a HUGE difference in HS.

All the girls my age have their heads up their asses with college and life-plans and all of this other meaningless crap.
I'm a 3rd year community college transfer degree major...so some of the girls in my classes are 16 year old running start students. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference :/
My senior prom date walked out on me during the dance...maybe I could have taken her and experienced a good prom...?
Or maybe she was with a guy who just asked her to prom...? It was pretty funny to see 6 strange guys look at me with fear in their eyes.

It's not really hers or your fault, but when you're that young you just don't know what you want so you chase anything and everything. I wouldn't worry too much, just move on. Especially if she was all dramatic about it, like it sounds she was.

5 years between 16 and 21 is a world away from 19 and 24.
Here?s the formula:
Your age divided by 3 times 2 plus 5 years is how young she should be for a reasonable relationship.
21/3 = 7 *2 = 14 +5 = 19
for a reasonable 5 year difference you'll have to be about 30.
What's more pathetic?
1. dating a 16 y/o (at 21)
2. getting played by a 16 y/o
3. wanting to get "revenge" on a 16 y/o

She's been around the block more times than you. Move on. It sounds to me like she's a schedule whore. Basically, she 'works' you in to her schedule to maximize her time. I'm not saying she necessarily sleeps with every guy, but she's obviously hiding from you for a reason.....maybe to avoid confrontation or maybe because she really likes you. Just keep in mind that she is immature even if she's skilled in schedule whoring.
