-Because she can. She's young and young people do whatever the hell they want. You were right to brush this off. This shouldn't matter to you. She's still in HS for gods sake, she doesn't owe anyone anything. Not even you.

- Yes and no. 1st of all, HS girls are very young and immature. They get what they want because they don't need to committ to anyone. You will never own a HS girl. -absolutely nothing. Don't call her, don't txt msg her, don't IM her. Don't do anything. The revenge is ignoring her because she is going to be asking herself "why isn't he calling me...." /cry. If you screw with their self-esteem like that, you will see them CRAWLING back at you. But in all honesty, just move on, date girls more your age. I said date, not look for relationships.
