I would suggest something like this, but do it in a different room. The worst thing for a person to do wh ohas trouble sleeping is to have their brain associate the bedroom with something other than sleep or sex.

OP, how long as it been since you've slept? If it is just tonight, I wouldn't worry about it. After 2 days, I'd be concerned. 4 days without sleep I start calling the docs.
