He doesn't believe in ever having sex himself. If other people get married and do it, great. But he thinks they shouldn't do it unless they are married. He never plans on getting married, so no sex for him. Such a philosophy doesn't mean he "doesn't believe in sex."
Is the money that you will save on Taxes going to pay for the kids expenses , school, food, not sleeping at nigh, time /.....etc I don't think so.

Nothing wrong with your way of thinking at all. I've been married 9 years (got married at 19) and although I don't regret it, I did miss out on a lot of girls I could've banged if that's your thing. But most importantly, I don't have any kids yet nor do I plan on having any. I also don't see the point in having kids - you just spend all your effort raising them and then they're gone after graduating high school. You could've spent all that time and energy on yourself and community activities and had a much more fulfilling life IMO. I think people have kids to fill some kind of temporary void in their lives or to pass on their genes because they think it's a necessary thing to do for whatever reason.

What are you going to buy with that saved money anyways? Expensive toys? Like I said above, there is no toy on the market that can compete with a thinking, philosophically complex human being. That's why people opt to have kids instead of going for just the expensive toys.
Dude I have a big-a$$ family it's not like I have nobody. Everyone in my family loves me and I love them back.

I can understand why you wouldn't want to have kids, but if you don't believe in premarital sex, why wouldn't you want to get married?
Marriage = fine.
But only a idiot would have kids. Most people have kids unplanned, so they're sort of stuck with them, and they brag about the virtues if having kids only because they love their kids so much, which is understandable. But deep down, most people would be happier without kids, especially because most kids are trouble makers. They won't tell you that, but it's true. But having kids who are very smart and mature and who aren't trouble makers wouldn't be so bad.
I am really not a sex driven beast like the rest of the ppl I see around, I don't have this gigantic desire in me, and I think with my head, (ya the one that is on top not the bottom one like many others)
