The address you can ping appears to be their router or firewall gateway.
The remainder of the hosts are behind their firewall.
I think their firewall is blocking your specific IP for some reason. It's definitely not a routing issue if you can ping that 241.1 address from the office.
Your next step would have to be to validate with them what's going on.
FYI, all of the other hosts on the subnet (2-10) appear to be blocking ICMP at their firewall, so you shouldn't be able to ping any of them except .1
