Don't forget that for some people they literally don't wake up. I was one of them and had to seek medical consultation to resolve it. Nothing to do with willpower.
Remember you can't fire somebody for a disability. Some folks are just "wake-upily challanged".![]()

Get two alarm clocks, set them a few minutes apart. I don't start work until 6:30, but my first alarm goes off at 4:20. The next at 4:23. Both have snooze features.
The mental workout required to determine which alarm is going off and shut it off accordingly is enough to pull me awake, but it takes 20 mins or so of alternating snooze between the two alarms.

WTF, I should go to sleep at 8? How do I eat? How do I do homework? Chores?Originally posted by: spidey07
I used to struggle as well. Even had my sleep patterns analyzed.
Guess what? They said "get more sleep and build a pattern of waking up at the same time everyday. Once the pattern is set it will be easier and you'll getup naturally even without an alarm clock"
It worked. 9 hours of sleep everynight. Any health literatur on sleep recommends 8-9 hours of sleep. 10-11 for teenagers and younger.
