....... THAT is a $500 system now? Christ, I need to update my prices again. Oh, and don't RAID those drives, RAID has a very slim or even NEGATIVE performance impact for gaming/home use. See Anandtech proper for more information.

You must be using some gheynorific brands for the mobo and RAM. Sadly my approved vendors list is very short in those departments, because so much of it is utter fvcking garbage that you can't sell to a customer because it'll never give them a break.

Hers: Antec Solution Series Quiet Black Mid Tower Case with 350W Power Supply

Mine: RAIDMAX Black Aluminum Gaming Case with 420W Power Supply

Thinking about swapping out the PSU for better ones.

The Antec will be fine. That RAIDMAX will blow up under that kind of load. (Antec PSUs = underrated. Generic PSUs = HUGELY OVERRATED. Your 420w PSU has the internals of a 250w)

That's why I was thinking about replacing it.

It was just an idea, I'm not sure how I'm going to set them up yet.
Might even put 3 of the 4 drives in one box and 1 in the other.
