OMG! that place looks and feels like stone age, only new buildings for all the banks and credit card companies

You've obviously never been in Iowa.

I have.

Glad you feel that way. Now get your ass back to the sewer known as northern New Jersey.

Excuse me! Maybe Newark or Paterson. But north north Jersey (NorthEast to be exact) where I am is very rich, expensive, and very nice. 2nd richest county in the US. No sewers up here my friend! Where do you live?
My wife's parents used to live in No. Jersey (Madison, Chatham area.) Clearly, it's not a sewer of an area. 12 years ago, they sold their 1 bathroom single-family house for $350K. :Q

I think too much of America is hung up on the parts of Jersey that they see on the Sopranos. :(

heh.. land of credit card bills....

yes... why is that so many credit card companies are there?

i think it's b/c nearly every large corporation incorporated in the US is incorporated in Delaware

wow, thats possibly the best example of circular reasoning i've ever seen.

its because delaware state laws are very friendly to corporations being headquartered there.

He is correct. They have lower taxes and fees for incorporating in DE. Many many many power corporations are incorporated in DE because of it. Its one of the reasons they can offer tax free shopping, which is touted so often.
