It must be worded so he can understand:

Wilmington, Delaware seems pretty hot right now for I.T. consultants.

Benefits of living there:

- Cheaper real estate than Baltimore or Washington, DC
- No sales tax for retail purchases
- Good consultant pay rates.
- In the middle between Philadelphia and Baltimore.

Not-so-good benefits of living there:

- The area by Port of Wilmington (near the water) stinks like sh!t.

Glad you feel that way. Now get your ass back to the sewer known as northern New Jersey.

New Jersey is the only state that in it's entirety is considered part of a Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area (CMSA)
The state is in the New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island CMSA and the Philidelphia-Wilmington-Atlantic City CMSA.

Why they consider farms in southern New Jersey part of the latter CMSA is beyond me.

Was my comment about Port of Wilmington pretty correct? Everytime I go through there on the bypass (495?) the edge of the water area stinks pretty bad.

You've obviously never been in Iowa.

That's where the city dump is located.

wow, thats possibly the best example of circular reasoning i've ever seen.

its because delaware state laws are very friendly to corporations being headquartered there.

Excuse me! Maybe Newark or Paterson. But north north Jersey (NorthEast to be exact) where I am is very rich, expensive, and very nice. 2nd richest county in the US. No sewers up here my friend! Where do you live?
