I scanned through this whole thread and the only thing even close is Rakehillion stating that eating a McDonalds burger would be "healthy" if a dude was severely underweight. That's the only example of someone even coming close to saying McDonalds is healthy for you.

Again, provide your proof or STFU. Why do you keep making these gross over-generalizations and lies? Are you just banking on the idea that no one will call you on it?

thanks for provding the proof for me? a snickers bar is good for someone that is malnurished, temporarily!. i get told that mcdonalds is good for malnurished people, and then i get told that its bad for me becasue my body cant nurish itself properly. discrepency, no?

I'll give you credit, you're really trying hard.

You said the following:

it has been said more then once.

This is a lie. It was alluded to once based on the idea of malnourishment. No one has said McDonalds his "healthy" under all circumstances. Not even once. At best your statement is yet another one of your gross over-generalizations and a lie.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT with the selective replies.

I kind of like white beers, so I'm going to hunt for that first one. Can you tell me where you found it? I live in Brooklyn, land of the hipsters, so I'm sure someone will be able to point me to a fancy beer bar.

Negra modelo is the only one on the list I've heard of, so I'll pick that one up soon.

I don't know if you guys have Total Wine up there, but they're gonna have everything on my list sans #1, though they'll have all of the alternates I named.

Anyone in this thread glib about the differences between scientifically engineered, refined, processed 'long since inanimate' food vs. unprocessed 'real' food and their dissimilar effects on the entire upper/lower human gastrointestinal tract: stomach, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, intestines etc. deserves to eat at McDonalds every single day.

While your comments error between being inaccurate and inflammatory, I won't bother going into it because no one here is saying there are no dissimilar effects. What is being argued is the purposefully inflammatory and inaccurate information, like what you're posting, and then generalizing it to broad scopes of people, like you're doing.

So McDonalds has less nutritional value and depending on the quantity, may do actual damage to your body. Can we say that? And if I can say that, does that mean I should shit on beer just as much as McDonalds? After all, alcohol is also to blame for a host of issues in the gastrointestinal tract, liver, and mouth.

What's that you say? "Everything in moderation?" What? What is this common sense crap that you're bringing into this? Ain't nobody got time for that!

Uh-oh.. Do I sense a double standard? 😉

If you get a burger at a diner, is it "fast food?" Is it healthier than the one at McDonalds? Similarly, if you buy a massive prime rib dinner with potatoes with butter and sour cream, and a basket of chicken finger appetizers, is it healthier than getting an extra value meal at McDonalds?

People seem to think there's something inherently wrong with McDonalds since it's been demonized so much, but forget that the vast majority of other places uses the same processed ingredients. You'll be hard pressed to find a place that doesn't serve bread that has yoga mats in it. You'll even be hard pressed to buy bread from the supermarket that doesn't have it.

McDonalds uses many of the same ingredients that you buy at the supermarket. To single them out is just jumping on the demonizing bandwagon. It shows a lack of critical thought.

No one agrees with you. And the term "healthy" is meaningless in a vacuum.

Been about a year for me since the last run to the border. Had 5 items at Taco Bell, I think I'm good for another year. Bah!
