oh my god. been about a year...

reason was because i felt like it. i had been eating very healthy, almost too healthy. i felt so lean, and i just felt like eating some cholesterol for a change.

what a terrible decision. it just sat in my stomach. felt like crap all night, and today i just feel sick. soupy farts that smell like mcdonalds! its just disgusting.

probably the last time i will ever eat it again. i would have probably been better off eating 10 snickers bars at once...

I ate at McDonalds the other day, I had a 4 Pc. Nugget and a McDouble. The Nuggets had a weird aftertaste to them.

Never again.

if you feel like fast food, there are so many better options. culvers doesnt do this to me, not even hardees/carlsjr. hell, even burger king can be digested.. not well either but mcdonalds is like toxic sludge that doesnt even taste that good.

im so glad i grew up broke and never allowed to eat fast food. the best thing my mom did was feed us proper food...

That's exactly how I judge the food I eat....based on how I feel when I'm done eating.

McDonalds makes me feel miserable/unhappy and SICK. But I still like my dose of shitty food every now and then.

I usually hit up McD's once a month for a Big Mac.

It's good to fall off the wagon every once in a while. It reminds you why you were on the wagon in the first place.

I'd probably be a lot better off if fast food made me feel that way. Aside from very spicy food, there's really nothing that disturbs my system or makes me feel crappy.

If that elephantine double cheeseburger at Denny's didn't do it, nothing will. Has anyone else had that? The one I was served was actually bigger than the one pictured in the menu, and I naturally assumed the photo was overstating it.

Been strictly 'pescetarian' for 2 years. But a few days ago we had a pot luck at work, and I decided to play ball. Had a little taste of everything, not too much - pulled beef, beer brats, some potato mash thing with bacon and crap in it.

I spent the following two days sick, with half of the first day painting the inside of the toilet.

Yes, falling off of the wagon every now and then can be a good thing.

Sounds to me like you are not living at all if you are not eating any delicious meat other then fish.

That's odd, I eat like crap, and I never have any issues stomaching any food. I really need to eat healthier though, but then I look around me, and it seems it's all the healthy eating people that get sick all the time or can't stomach certain stuff. I don't eat super bad to the point where I get zero nutrients, I still eat fruits and stuff, but it's just I often eat take out as well. Lately it's been mostly Subway. Home Depot has one and I tend to go there often so I'll grab a sub on the way out. I suppose that's considered healthy to some extent, but it's still take out.

My biggest sin though is Poutine. That stuff is basically a heart attack neatly enclosed in a styrofoam container.

I get fast food once a month.

I like cooking and sometimes I just want something different.

I can't each McDonalds hamburgers.

I don't know what's wrong with them. My face gets puffy and it feels like my scalp is leaching out chemicals. It's so gross feeling. Something seriously wrong with that meat.

Love the Sausage mcmuffins though. Never eat em really though. But every so often I'll give in.

I know McDonald's food is utter crap, but I like the taste and eat it about once per week.

Your stomach got used to real food.

I've been dieting for the last couple of months and eating much healthier as a result. Last weekend my kids wanted to go to BWW. I was doing well on my dieting so I had a "cheat day" and ate about 8 wings...I felt like crap for over a day.

It was soooo good though, I love me some wings.

I like McD's breakfast. If I never ate one of their sandwiches again, I don't think I would miss it very much. But that $1 Sausage McMuffin is pretty good. :)
