I don't see how you can say the SHO motor is exceptional and the accord V6 sucks. The accord V6 makes more power with the same displacement and with one less cam per head (SOHC vs DOHC).

Wanna race one? Horsepower is a very deceptive rating. Peak HP means very little.

I don't actually own one.

3.0L for 3.0L the V6 accord also makes more torque.

Unless you mean the SHO motor is seriously underrated, which i haven't seen before.

Since the OP never said what V8 he's driving, I'm gonna assume he's talking about V8 juice.

The 'Hot and Spicy' stuff is nasty, but at the same time, I want it occasionally. It's like a kick in the face, coated with cocaine.

Splash is a much better option.

Nothing wrong with the SHO 3.2 liter engine. No timing belt issues. The only real difference between the 3.2 and the 3.0 is a little more displacement to compensate for the automatic transmission.
Yea, I can't find anything online about any issues with either the 3.2 or 3.4 SHO's. I have to be confusing them with something else. My bad.
I think they had a problem where the cam gear slipped on the cam.

Solution: weld the gear to the cam.

A friend of mine with both a 91 and a 99 SHO just got his welded a month or two back.

Penis envy maybe?
Well, I have a V10 because my penis is small. Not sure about everyone else.
I have a v10 because my penis is huge and I need the extra power to cart it around.

Anyone surprised that's a Ford engine? :p
Just kidding, I knew that's not actually a Ford engine

We've got 2 V8's (Ford Crown Vic and Ski Nautique with 5.7l inboard), a V6 (Jeep Cherokee 4.0), and an inline 4 (Hond Civic). Yep, the Civic get driven the most and the Crown Vic is about to wave bye-bye.

The Buick Fireball V6 is one of the best engines ever mass-produced.
