Running a lot so you dont gain weight isnt an excuse to eat like ****** and abuse your body with unhealthy foods 😛

Remember this mantra, moderation is best. Live life, enjoy everything, just not in excess.

This whole fitness craze in America and we are one of the worst offenders in terms of diet, just more hypocrisy I guess.
